The only thing i dont get is why you hit at 12:10 with your Colonel into his Marshall. Your Colonel was covered by your Spy. He couldnt take you.

I think you player better, but maybe there was a lack of technique in this ending? I'm not sure what would be best to do, this is an immortal match, especially the ending deserves to be studied.

I watched three of your games today and I noticed that you like to place your spy behind the left side lake in the front row.

Once you were up two majors you should have used them to guard the choke points.

I am a FM with a 2189 ELO, but when I play Stratego, I seem like an ELO 1000 player. I started playing this game about 2 weeks ago. Initially, I thought it would be easy cuz it looked like chess, but it turned out to be more challenging and abstract, I really enjoy the skill of bluffing and tactics. hopin someday i can catch u fairway. GG btw

I don't get the miner move at 4:29. You were bluffing it as an 8 or higher and he seemed to be buying it. Why would you move it like that? You had time to move the 5 over and if he scouts the 3, at least have time to move the 8 forward for a trade.

Nice bombs. He probably felt it was safe to lotto i9 because it's a rare bomb position, but then he felt REALLY safe to lotto b9 because surely you don't have symmetrical bombs like that. But you did.

I know you play online, but I've been looking to find an offline box of stratego but the only one in print appears to be 30 piece instead of 40

That was an excellent game played by both sides. Fairway, you did great to fight back being down a piece and down information. Winner, there is nothing wrong with your memory. You may have made a memory error during the game but that is easy to do. To remember Fairway once (or twice) put the flag there is amazing since that is a rare flag placement for Fairway. Well done by both sides. It was very entertaining to watch and I had no idea who was going to win until Winner made a Beeline for the flag.
